ILS has a Training and Placement Cell which helps in providing support to the recruiting companies at every stage of placement drive. The Training and Placement Cell arranges Writing Tests, Pre-Placement Talks, Training, Group Discussions, and Interviews according to the requirement of the recruiting companies.

ILS has around 154 acres campus with trees, and hills which creates pollution-free ambiance. The facilities provided by college are mentioned below:

• Library: ILS library enables advancement of knowledge and learning. It has more than 50 thousand Textbooks and Reference Books, around 75 Periodicals out of which around 20 are General and the remaining are Legal. It has Magazines, Journals, subscription to daily Newspapers, etc.
• Hostel: ILS has separate hostel for boys and girls. The boy's hostel can accommodate more than 130 students and has food, water, internet connection, basic furniture, free parking space, etc. The old girls hostel can accommodate around 70 students and the new hostel can accommodate around 140 students. The hostel has basic facilities like furniture, study room, parking space, TV, sick room, newspaper room, internet connection, washing machine, drinking water, food, etc.
• Other: Swimming Pool, Canteen, Laboratories, Indoor and Outdoor Sports, Gym, Parking, etc.
