Final-year students seek a job with a handsome salary before passing out the college and for this, the students must be trained enough to get the job opportunity. Therefore, to provide the students with proper training and guidance in the field of placement, the institute has established a Training and Placement Office/ Cell. This office is headed by an expert training officer. The main purpose of this cell is to:

• Develop the attitude, presentation, communication, time management, and soft skills of the students as these are very important for placement.
• Organise industrial tours, expert lectures, guest visits, and live projects.
• Conduct mock interviews, GD, and other aptitude tests to prepare the students for their future tests.
• Provide the students with various internship programs.

The in-house placement drives work step-by-step. These steps are:

• The T&P cell contacts the companies for recruitment and the company shares the requirements and qualifications of candidates that are needed for the job.
• The T&P cell shares the CV or resume of the students that qualify for the needs of the organisation.
• After communicating with the institute, the company organises pre-placement talks which are followed by interviews, GD, and aptitude tests.
• Selected students are provided with offer letters and other formalities.

Some companies that visit JSSATEN for the purpose of employment are Akash, Byjus, CETPA InfoTech, Google, IBM, Josh Technology, New Gen, Paytail, Amazon, ICICI, India Today Group, ITC, Paytm, Samsung, etc.

Situated at Sector-62, Noida, JSSATEN is built on an area of 28 acres in Noida and it owns a lush green campus with world-class and modern infrastructure and primary amenities for students. Some key facilities available on the campus are:

• Library and Information Centre: The library space of this college is built in an area of 1260 sq. meters. With an accommodation capacity of 350+ students, the library has a rich collection of journals, books, dissertations, reports, magazines, and newspapers. Apart from this, a digital library and book bank facility are also available here for browsing and researching with the help of a smooth internet connection.
• Hostel: Different accommodation facility is present on the campus of the college for boys and girls. The hostel facility works on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each hostel room is fully-furnished, secure, and comfortable. Each hostel has a capacity of up to 700 students.
• Sports: To motivate the students towards physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, the college premises owns both internal and external sports arrangements. With expert PE faculty, the college provides games like Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Football, Badminton, etc. Apart from this, the institute also organises annual sports meets and tournaments. 
• Cafeteria: The canteen of JSSATEN is spread over an area of 760 square meters; accommodating more than 300 students in one go. The canteen serves a variety of high-quality vegetarian food items that is both hygienic and delicious. Apart from this, the canteen also offers seasonal fruits and juices.
