The Training and Placement Cell at GITM is dedicated to getting its students the best placement opportunities. It monitors and keeps a track of all the academic as well as co-curricular progress made by all of its students to provide them with the required assistance and training to improve their skills. It maintains close links with the corporate world and regularly interacts with industrial organisations for the purpose of training upcoming engineers. It also arranges for activities to prepare the students for the placements using methods such as mock interviews. Internship training, seminars, logical reasoning and aptitude tests, job fairs, etc.

It began its journey in the year 2008 as a Private Educational Institute to provide higher education to build their careers in the fields of Management, Engineering, and Computer Applications. The Global Institute of Technology and Management got its approval from reputed AICTE. The institute affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak (Haryana) accredited A Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). The management of GITM is currently working under Mr. Ravinder Tokas, serving as the Chairman.
The Institute got an A++ ranking by the Business Sphere Magazine and Careers 360.
