Faculties are cool but the condition is you should be respectful and honest to them. However, the college follows a hierarchy which is I guess same in almost all colleges. Faculty motivates the student on regular basis to strive to be the best and give in their 100%. Students and faculty have mutual respect for each other. Our faculties were quite strict in our initial days of Engineering and scoring in internals was the huge task for us. As we are going on, our faculties are like our friends and we can share the opinions with them without any hesitation. After the implementation of new techniques the faculty was able to have more eye contact with the students. If we were distracted all the visuals were recorded and we had our share of consequences then. The money that was spent by management was put in place to yield results. However, engineers are those professional who can even sleep with open eyes. The faculty’s teaching probed during the semester exams. The faculty personally mailed all the PPT’s of exam materials to the students. All the notes that we received were to the point and they were enough to score well in the exams. It was just the internals that made them our enemies otherwise they were quite helpful.Read Full Review
