Sri Balaji College of Engineering and Technology offers comfortable and safe accommodation facilities for all outstation students. There are separate hostel blocks for male and female students. The hostels can house quite a large number of students hailing from outside the town. The hostel blocks are situated in remarkably picturesque setting that remains insulated from the hustle bustle of city life.
All the hostel rooms come equipped with the basic amenities that enable leading a high quality life. Every room has separate cots, study tables, chairs, wardrobes, and other necessities for the inmates. Each and every room comes with an attached bath and toilet.
The hostels are well-furnished and well-ventilated as the structures are renovated and refurbished from time to time. Every hostel block has a common room that houses a TV and contains indoor game facilities such as table-tennis, carom, chess etc. The hostel mess or canteen makes available nutritious and healthy vegetarian four-square meals that are prepared in extremely hygienic surroundings.
The canteen remains open till 12 am which ensures that students do not miss their dinner in case they are studying till the late hours. The menu for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners is rotated for at least six days of the week ensuring that students enjoy the fare. The hostel campus also houses a gym equipped with the latest workout equipment where students can perform cardiovascular and strength building exercises for keeping themselves fit.
