The Training and Placement Cell of SCOE provides proper career guidance to its students and makes them industry ready through different training programs. The cell conducts aptitude test, group discussions, soft skills programs, seminars, etc for the development of the students. The cell coordinates with the top MNC’s and many other companies of the corporate world for providing job opportunities to the students. Moreover, expert lectures, workshops, development programmes enable students to enhance their skills which are required to sustain in the corporate industry. Internships are facilitated to the students to gain relevant exposure for a better future. Educational tours, career fairs, industrial visits, etc are also arranged by the cell.

Students get the opportunity to work with companies like Virtusa, Capgemini, Tata Technologies, Wipro, Federal Bank, Hexaware, Infosys, Tetra Park, Atos, IBM, Zensar, Infotech, Apptentive, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Planetspark, Mobiloitte, Intellipaat, Sankey, Acadecraft, Bosch, and many other esteemed organisations.

SCOE Pune is located in lush green surroundings and provides excellent infrastructure for the holistic development of the students.
