The Training and Placement Department of the institute provides employment opportunities to the students by facilitating campus placement. Proper awareness programs are organised by the department for providing knowledge and information about different career options to the students. To prepare students for the campus placement, SSIPMT arranges training programs for enhancing technical and soft skills. Internship programs are facilitated to gain relevant experience in the corporate world. Moreover, the department also organises group discussions, mock interview sessions, workshops, and personality development programs for increasing professional effectiveness of the students for a better career opportunity. The department has seminar halls, computer labs, interview rooms, group discussion rooms, conference hall, etc for providing excellent placement experience to both students and recruiters. T&P department maintains professional relationships with the renowned companies for facilitating campus recruitment.

Following are the placement companies of the institute such as Capgemini, Swiggy, Infosys, Adobe, Better Commerce, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Homefirst, ITC limited, Magic Paints, Tata Motors, Induslnd Bank, Microsoft, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, Byju’s, Ford, Cognizant, Jio, Mindtree, Techment, Accenture, and many other organisations.

The campus of the institute is enabled with ICT infrastructure and facilities for supporting technical education. The institute provides free internet facility to the students as they have a Wi-Fi setup with 22 access points at different locations in the campus. • Central Library: SSIPMT has a fully furnished library that provides right information and knowledge to the students. The library is equipped with 20,000+ books, 60+ national journals, 30+ international journals, 1,500+ CD’s, 400+ project reports, and many other resources. This place is divided into different sections such as reference – book section, textbook section, reading section, newspaper reading section, and issue / return section. Digital library is available with 10+ computer systems to access e - resources. This place can accommodate 160+ students.
• Computer Labs: Institute has computer labs with licensed computer systems along with high speed internet connectivity for providing uninterrupted computing facilities to the students. Lab assistants are available for solving the queries of the students.
• Hostel: Institute provides safe and secure accommodation facilities to both girl’s and boy’s separately within the campus. The boy’s hostel can accommodate around 200 students and the girl's hostel can accommodate more than 70 students. The hostel provides various facilities such as telephone, internet, sports, medical, dining hall, parking, and many others. For providing food facility to the students, a hostel mess is available which can accommodate more than 140 students.
• Transportation Facility: SSIPMT renders safe and secure transportation services to the students. Institute has 15+ buses as a transportation source.
