SIRT has a dedicated training and placement cell that provides job opportunities to the students. Placement cell is an integral part of academia that develops, trains and grooms students to make them ready for the industry.  It strives to invite esteemed firms for campus placement and due to consistent efforts, every year number of companies visit the institute.

To facilitate the campus recruitment program the placement cell coordinates with the industry. It works with other departments so to mold the students according to the industry needs.  T&P cell dedicatedly works to achieve 100% placements. It organizes training program, workshops, industry interactions, and visits. Counseling of students helps them to face the interviews better. Cognizant, Capgemini, Netlink, Maguam, Tata, Infosys, TCS, etc. visited the institute for placement. The efforts of students and placement cell result in excellent placement record. The highest package offered is INR 5-6 LPA.
