The Training and Placement Cell acts as a bridge between academic programs and employment. Students who wish to get placed in some of the best companies soon after completing the graduation are guided and trained by the Cell of RKGITM. The Cell invites various industries and organisations for campus placements of students. To make sure that all its students get their desired jobs it organises training, workshops, seminars, creates awareness about their career prospects, and many other activities.

Various companies visit RKGITM for campus placement to select qualified candidates to serve their companies. Among the companies that come to the college for campus placement include Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Samsung, Tata Consultancy Services, IBM, Virtusa, Arabol Lubricants, Bosch, Byju’s, Fluper Limited, Hercules Cycle and Motor Company, Amazon, NTT Data, and more.

The infrastructure design of the college supports its students in achieving academic excellence. The institute ensures that its students are provided with all the amenities required for effective learning and convenient stay. The academic block of the campus is well equipped with fully furnished lecture halls, tutorial rooms, computer labs having all the latest and modern amenities, etc. It also adds necessary facilities from time to time when required since its inception. • Library: The Library of RKGITM spanning over an area of 570 square meters is the backbone of the institute having a rich collection of over 25,000 books with 2,000+ titles, 50+ journals, 9,000+ e-books, 4,500+ e-journals, and more. It is also equipped with audio-visual aids and has almost all the digital learning resources to satisfy the students' learning desires. Additionally it is open for long hours providing its students to utilise its vast potential.
• Hostel: RKGITM has separate hostels to accommodate over 650, both boys and girls students. Mess service is provided to hostlers keeping in mind the healthy nutritious diet necessary for the overall development of the students. The other facilities available for the hostlers are Wi-Fi, 24 hours power backup, recreational facilities like TV room, indoor and outdoor games, etc.
• Canteen: The canteen of the college is an area for communicating, interacting, gossiping, and fun for students while enjoying delicious food, refreshments, snacks, and diversified food items. The food court offers a wide range of Indian and Continental cuisine at affordable prices.
• Medical Facility: Health is of prime concern to every individual and the institute has made every necessary arrangement to provide medical assistance to their students when required. A qualified doctor, first aid, and elementary medical facilities are available for students. The emergency cases are taken to the nearest hospital for which a van is available 24/7.
• Laboratories: To gain practical knowledge of the things studied theoretically, the institute has various labs to assist its students. Some of the labs available at the institute premise are IOT lab, IEDC DST lab, RF and Antenna Research lab, and Computer Network lab.
