To provide excellent placement opportunities and career guidance to the students of UVCE, a Training and Placement Office has been established. This office acts as a bridge between the recruiting companies and students and provides a platform to the students where they can secure the right job and become employable for multi-national and renowned Indian organisations and companies. It organises various training programs that work to develop the professional, technical, communication, and soft skills of the students. It also organises various career orientation programs like seminars, workshops, industry visits, webinars, conferences, etc. These programs help the students interact with industry professionals and develop links & contacts inside the industry. The Training and Placement Office maintains professional relations with the major recruiting companies and invites them for on-campus placement drives. It also provides internship opportunities to the students so that they can understand the field work closely and become trained.

The campus of the university is spread over an area of 50 acres and it is located at KR Circle, Dr. Ambedkar Veedhi. The university provides a dynamic and student-friendly campus environment to the students so that can grow and learn in a free space. The university has a range of clubs and societies dedicated to the students like E-Cell, G2C2 Club, Society of Automotive Engineers, etc. These clubs help the students in exploring and learning creative things apart from academics. The infrastructure of the university is world-class and modern as it has well-furnished laboratories for practicals, smart classrooms, and sports facilities along with other services and amenities like:

• Library: The University has a well-stocked and maintained library that fulfills the academic needs of students from every department. It has various sections language section, periodical section, reference section, etc. through which it provides learning and research materials to the students. The library is spacious with a collection of more than one lakh books, 90000+ titles, national & foreign journals, 61000+ volumes, theses, dissertations, DVDs, CDs, rare books, newspapers, reports, magazines, etc. E-Library facilities along with the Internet are also provided to the students so that they can fulfill their online research and readings accordingly.
• Hostel: At UVCE, the students get excellent accommodation facilities as it provides fully furnished and maintained hostels to the students with spacious and clean rooms. To provide a good hostel life to the students, the university organises various co-curricular activities and functions for the hostellers. Security guards and wardens are also present on the hostel campus for the safety of the students.
