BCP has its own Training & Placement Cell. The T&P Cell acts as the mediator for Pharma and allied industries that wish to recruit candidates from the college. BCP also organizes pre-placement talks for corporations which helps students with their induction process.

(CPPL), Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Emedicine Galaxy, Eli Lilly Company, BresMed, Cognizant, Dr. Reddy's, Abbott Laboratories, Wockhardt Ltd, Panacea Biotec, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Ambernath Organics, etc.

BCP is located at Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai. The campus mostly consists of two buildings where one building includes Staff Quarters, Seminar Hall, Auditorium, Hostels, etc while the other building has Class Rooms, Laboratories, Machine Rooms, Examination Room, Administrative Office, and Canteen, etc. BCP classrooms are well furnished with LCD projectors and internet connection. This campus has a well resourced library where the students can refer to books and other databases, so that they can acquire necessary skills. It also provides a computer room with high quality internet service. The college provides direct path access from ramp to lift area for physically disabled students, so they can move flexibly. BCP has a canteen with a seating area for 100+ students and staff which provide meals and refreshments cooked in a hygienic environment, with facilities of television and some indoor games like Chess Board, Carom, Table Tennis, and more.
