The college is located in a serene and eco friendly environment. The college provides numerous facilities and excellent infrastructure. It provides students with a healthy environment and comprehensive knowledge to enhance their learning, creativity, research, and professional activities.

• Library: NCERC Central Library offers collection of books from distinct domains, periodicals, media workshops, journals, printed materials, along with electronic information service. The library is digitalized so that it caters to the advanced information with internet and software for fast and easy access.
• Laboratories: College offers numerous labs such as communication lab, data structure lab, circuit lab, electrical machine lab, mat lab, programming lab, M.Tech lab, and fluid machines lab.
• Transportation: As students live across the city, college provides transportation facilities. The buses are both Non AC and AC. Special transportation facilities are provided to senior members of the staff.
• Canteen: The vibrant place for the students is the canteen wherein they are free to do anything. The canteen is built up within an area of 18000 square feet and provides hygienic and good quality food with affordable prices. Other than the prominent canteen, there is also a cafeteria which provides delicious food at concessional rates.
• Hostels: NCERC provides accommodation facilities to both girls and boys. The Kasturba is a girl’s hostel which can accommodate around 500 girls, Priyadarsini around 100 girls which is used by the faculty members as well. The men’s hostel can accommodate around 500 students. Along with this hostel there is a mini library, badminton court, and Wifi facility.
• Other Facilities: Apart from these facilities, the college also provides a fitness center, ATM, relaxation area which is known as green zone, yoga room, board room, indoor games, seminar hall, and machine shops.
