- Valid rank / score in JEE (Mains) / WBJEE / CEE – AMPAI – WB.
OR
- Secured at least 45% score (40% for Reserve Category) in Diploma of Engineering & Technology.

It accepts entry in B.Tech (Lateral) based on marks of the following exam:

The following instructions must be followed by the candidates for applying for B.Tech programs at Narula Institute of Technology:
- Register via https://www.nit.ac.in/ the official website of the institute.
- Click on the concerned tab that will take the candidates to the Registration page.
- Enter the details in the respective space given in the form.
- Enter valid OTP received on the Contact Number and Email ID registered while filling up the form.
- Enter the provided Application ID and password to get access to the Application Form.
- Complete the form by entering information like Course Details, Personal Details, Family Details, and Academic Details.
- Upload the documents as mentioned in the form.
- After verifying the documents submitted by the candidates, the institute will generate an Admission Offer Letter for the selected ones.
- These selected candidates can login into the account and accept the offer letter.
- After accepting the letter, they must pay the requisite amount of fee.

- Domicile Certificate (Applies only on West Bengal candidates)
