The College aims to provide equal education to all the students by offering financial assistance. It offers a variety of scholarship schemes on the basis of both merit and according to the Government’s Reservation Policy to the financially weak students. The scholarship is available at all levels (Central, State, and Institutional).
The distribution of scholarship and its management is done by the Scholarship Committee established by the college. In order to apply for the scholarship, the candidate can apply directly through the National Scholarship Portal. The verification of the candidate’s application will later be verified by the Scholarship Committee.
*For a four-year scholarship, 12th marks of the candidate will be considered on the merit basis.

The Placement and Training Cell of the college has a professional team of trainers to up-skill the students according to the industry standards. Various events, seminars, symposiums, and conferences are organised in collaboration with the IQAC, NSS, Rotaract Club, Science Club, etc. Recruitment drives are conducted where National and Multinational companies participate actively.
Apart from this, pre-placement sessions, guest lectures of various industries’ experts, virtual communication lessons, and problem solving exercises are also conducted by the cell. Regular industrial visits to companies like HCL, ISRO, BHEL, News7 Channel, etc. are also planned to provide exposure to the students.

Kingston Engineering College is spread over approximately 11.62 acres on the Chittoor National highway in Vellore City. It is only 5 km away from the Katpadi Railway Station. The infrastructure of the college is brilliant with RO water facility and the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Digital and virtual classroom facilities are available.
