The college has an excellent campus infrastructure that caters to the need of students and faculty. The campus comprises of the academic block, students lounge, hospitals, gymnasium, food court, volleyball court, basketball court, etc.
The institution also features seminar hall that features the latest equipment. The hall can accommodate 280 people. Tele-medicine equipment is also present in the hall that was a collaborative project with ISRO. BMCRI is the first medical college in Karnataka to provide this facility.
The Clinical center provides training in Microsurgery techniques that are applicable in various specialties such as Neurosurgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Plastic surgery, Ophthalmology and ENT surgery. The central laboratory present at Victoria was constructed by the Infosys Foundation which includes the microbiology, the Biochemistry labs, and the Pathology. In these centers, needy and poor patients get the facility of the diagnostic test at a minimum cost.
The Nuclear medicine department present in the Centenary building comprises of latest operation theatre and the gamma camera. A Dharmashala known as Vishranthi Dhama offers accommodation at highly subsidized rates to the patient’s attendants.
The sports committee organizes intra-college fest for sports and various tournaments of cricket, football, table tennis, athletics, volleyball and other indoor games such as carom, chess, etc. Students also participate in Annual sports day.
The cultural activities include Annual fest “COBALT SKIES” in which a plethora of literature, sports, and cultural events are points of interest. The medical fest “PANACEA” brings participation from medical students. It is one of the best medical fests in South India. The intra college fest “CHRYSALIS” brings out new and raw talents through healthy competition between various batches of BMCRI.
