The Bachelor of Design supervised by Symbiosis School of Planning Architecture and Design is a four-year undergraduate program. Symbiosis International University awards the degree for this undergraduate program in design. The course curriculum has been designed innovatively to develop professionals capable of contributing to the vibrant world of design.
Students imbibe the capability to manage sketchbook, acquire the competence to develop projects, and demonstrate historical, contextual, and decisive responsiveness in the area of design. The different subjects that students have to study during the academic period are included under the broad categories of ‘industrial design’ and ‘communication design.’ To qualify for the B. Design program, the candidate has to pass the 10+2 exam (any stream) or the 10+3 diploma exam certified by the State Board of Technical Education.
The candidate also has to secure at least 50% marks in aggregate in the final qualifying program.
The three-year B. Sc (medical technology) program grooms students effectively to contribute to the field of diagnostics. The students receive comprehensive training in all facets of healthcare, with a strong emphasis on deft handling of advanced complex instrumentation and equipment for assisting the surgeon or physician. Students can choose to specialize in several areas related to medical technology including but not limited to cardiac care technology, neurosciences technology, laparoscopy & endoscopy, and Operation Theater & anesthetic technology.
Eligible students need to clear the 10+2 exam in any two subjects, including physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, biochemistry, zoology, botany, and microbiology.
Symbiosis International University offers the 5-year B.A. LLB. (Honors) Program from four campuses situated in Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, and Nagpur. The course curriculum enables students to gain a sweeping knowledge about law, legal aspects, and strictures, and also equip them with hands-on training them to practice as a legal professional in the contemporary law realm.
To qualify for the program, the student needs to clear the STD XII final exam of an approved state or central education board. The student also needs to achieve a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Additionally, the candidate has to clear the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT), followed by a personal interview and written test to guarantee admission.
