HKBKCE offers scholarships to meritorious students and encourages them to pursue education with a reduced financial burden. The college provides scholarship support for wards of Covid warriors. Scholarships of a certain amount are offered to students who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
Merit based Scholarships
This scholarship is offered to students who secure 80% in Secondary and Senior Secondary and 80% in PCM. Students are provided 100% scholarship on tuition fee who secure above 95.01% in JEE.
Girls Scholarship
It is offered to all female students who secure 80% in class 12th board exams. This scholarship is applicable on tuition fee of first year.

HKBK College of Engineering (Hazrath Khwaza Qutubuddin Bakhtiyar Khaki College of Engineering) started operations, during the year 1997, from Yelanhanka, in Bangalore city, Karnataka.
