The B.E Programmes
Under the HKBK College of Engineering courses are included the Bachelor of Engineering programs, across several specializations – including Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, and Mechanical.
To qualify for College’s BE courses, you as an aspirant, are required to pass 10+2 or equivalent, having Mathematics, Physics, and English as compulsory subjects (in addition to Computer Science or Electronics or Chemistry), scoring a minimum of 45% in combination with Mathematics, Physics or any one optional subject.
BE - Mechanical
The College’s Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (ME) course is a full-time 4-years (having 8 semesters) program that is conducted in ME’s broader areas such as Robotics, Applied Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and Fluid Mechanics - among others.
BE – Information Technology
The Bachelor of Information Technology is a two-year full-time course that is conducted over 4 semesters. Industrial training, group discussion, case studies, and live projects – all are part of the students’ learning of this course.
BE – Computer Science
The HKBK offers the full-time 4-year BE in Computer Science and Engineering that qualifies the pupils to work in areas of web designing, gaming, embedded systems, database management, and tele communication – to list a few. As part of this course, the students are encouraged to partake in brainstorming sessions and seminars, in addition to classroom learning, for a better grasp of the subject.
BE – Electrical & Electronics
Upon successful completion of the HKBK’s full-time 4-year BE course, specializing in Electrical & Electronics, the aspiring candidates become eligible for employment in roles of Control Engineer, Power Engineer, Telecommunication engineer, and Computer Engineer – to list a few.
MBA
MBA course runs for 2 years and bears affiliation with the Vishweshwarya Technological University (VTU). Over 4 semesters, within a span of 2 years, the aspirants can attain the HKBK’s MBA degree. The eligibility criterion requires the aspirants to earn any degree with 50% marks.
