MES Abasaheb Garware College Faculty Profile, Pune

The faculty members in the college are quite knowledgeable and helpful as I have mentioned above but the complaints are the concern. I have to express here that the college faculty constantly changes due to which the flow of teaching gets disturbed. It is important for the college to understand that the students must have a permanent teacher. The college should retain some permanent teachers and provide them financial safety so they don't leave the college causing the harm in the process of learning of the students. The faculty is very good experience. They have at least 10 years teaching experience. The chemistry department has 14 faculty members only for Chemistry. Physics 7 have members and every department has 5 or more than 5 faculty members. The faculty personally connects with the people and conduct the lecture every day. The computer science department consists of well qualified teachers with Ph. D degrees in computer science and the teaching style is also good. Some teachers might not connect with students fully but the teaching style of them is really good. Teachers are eager to solve doubts and try to teach in an innovative manner so that all the doubts are cleared of a particular student. Each subject has the individual teacher who focuses on the subject as it is their expertise and experience.Read Full Review
