GTBIT has a Training and Placement Cell which acts as a bridge between the students and the corporate. Final year students seeking campus placement are requested to register themselves in the placement office of the institute. The cell invites reputed organisations for campus recruitment. Skill enhancement training programmes are conducted to improve the skills of the students which are essential to sustain in the corporate world. Pre-placement talks are conducted for providing details to the students about the company and the opportunities they offer. Guest lectures, seminars, workshops, training sessions, and many other programmes are organised by the cell.

Students of GTBIT have been placed in companies like Amazon, HCL, Newgen, Paytm, American Express, NTT Data Services, Ericsson, Infosys, Tavisca, HSBC, Chaayos, Juspay, ZS, Directi, and many other esteemed organisations.

GTBIT has a well built sprawling campus which has 5 spacious buildings with all the modern facilities. Classrooms of the institute are spacious, furnished and equipped with necessary teaching aids. NCC & NSS units are available and many other extracurricular activities are organised by the institute. The institute provides the following state of art infrastructure and facilities:

• Library: The institutes’ library has a vast collection of 60,000+ books, national & international journals, magazines, newspapers, reference books, periodicals, CD’s, DVD’s and many other resource materials. Proper seating facility is available for the students. The institute library provides several services which include circulation service, internet service, reference service, inter library loan service, etc. Book bank facility is also provided to the students.
• Computing Facility: In the institute premises, a computer center is available which is equipped with almost 70 fully updated PCs and high speed internet bandwidth. The computing facility of the GTBIT has more than 650 PCs. Moreover, the campus includes 15 state of art labs which are well equipped with all the required facilities.
• Laboratories: Various well equipped departmental laboratories are available in the campus for facilitating practical experiment in respective subjects of the students. Some of the labs are electrical science communication lab, digital electronics lab, electrical science communication lab, innovation & research lab, microprocessor lab, electronics computer aided design lab, and many others.
• Sports: To maintain the physical fitness of the students, the institute provides state of art sports facilities to the students. A Sports Society is available in the GTBIT New Delhi for the growth and prosperity of the students. Students can participate in various sport events and activities conducted by GGSIPU. In the campus, a gym is available with all the required equipments.
• Canteen: GTBIT campus has a spacious canteen which provides healthy and hygienic refreshments. Moreover, a “Mother Dairy Cafe” is also available for the students in the campus.
• Medical Facilities: Medical counselling is facilitated for the students facing any problem regarding mental health and wellness. 
• Seminar Hall: Every building of the institute has a seminar hall which is enabled with all the necessary facilities for organising various events, seminars, and many other activities.
