City Engineering College has a placement department which actively contributes to the placements of the students. It encourages professional, as well as personal development of the students. The Training & Placement Officer is responsible for management of the organisation of various activities which take place under the placement department.

Guest Lectures, Campus Interviews, Campus Placements, Training Sessions, Mock Practices, etc. are organised by the placement department. These events help students by developing various qualities among them, some of the qualities include, Good Communication Skills, Development of Self Esteem & Confidence, Developed Aptitude & Technical Skills, etc. These skills help students by enhancing their employability and chances of getting desired job opportunities.

Students from this college have been placed with renowned companies such as, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Thomson Reuters, Black Olive Ventures, Cognizant, Deloitte, Amazon, Samsung, Oracle, Toshiba, Philips, TCS, TP Vision, 6D Technologies, etc.

Campus Infrastructures & Facilities at City Engineering College is vast and are furnished with modern equipment. The facilities are designed in a way, so that students find it efficient and also convenient in studying here. The classrooms, labs and other facilities are ICT enabled which encourages modern teaching-learning processes. Projectors, Smart Screens, White Board, and other advanced equipment are installed in the classrooms.

• Library: A well equipped library has been established in the college campus. The library provides numerous resources to support the research and learning of the students. There is a collection of 4500+ titles, 27000+ volumes, 800+ technical journals, and much more.

The library also provides a wide range of e-resources, which include e-journals, e-books, and remote access to other resources. There is a separate reading room facility, computer facility, and a well organised stacking area facility which makes it convenient for the students to do their research.

• Labs: There are separate lab facilities for all the departments in the college campus. All labs are well equipped and furnished with required facilities, tools, and machines.
