Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology (BBDIT) is situated in Ghaziabad; Uttar Pradesh and was established back in the year 2000. Eligibility criteria
For MBA: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute is a must. For students from the general category 50% marks are required and the same for the reserved category is 45% only.
For M.Tech: The student must have obtained a B.Tech. degree from a recognized institute.
For B.Tech: The student must have cleared the 12th standard. And they should have opted for Mathematics and Physics and one of the optional subjects from a recognized board. For general caste candidates, the minimum marks required to be eligible for admission is 45% and the same for the reserved category is 40%.
For Polytechnic Diploma: The student should have cleared his/her 10th standard with a minimum of 35% marks. And the duration of the course is 3 years.

Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology has a well-organized Training & Placement Department. The professors and the staff dedicated to the department are highly experienced. They support the students from the very first day of the college to learn various skills which are required for the industry. They organize various guest lectures, seminars, and workshops by renowned faculties from different fields of the industry for the students. They even teach the students soft skills which are required for proper disposal to the industry. They even organize industry visits for the students to learn about the practical needs of the world awaiting them. The department has connections with many companies in the industry. There is a compulsory internship program at the institute which is introduced for the B.Tech students. They have to undergo an internship for two months in their 3rd year of the course. Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology is spread over a surface area of 15 acres of land near Delhi. The institute has a state-of-art infrastructure with all the facilities. Some of the facilities available at the university are as follows:
Hostel: There is an on-campus as well as an off-campus hostel at the institute. The hostel with a capacity of 400 beds is available for boys at the institute. And for girls hostel is situated outside the campus of the institute in a safe environment. For the commute to the college transport facilities are provided by the institute for girls as well as for the day scholars.
Computer Centres: It is fully air-conditioned with all the latest hardware and software installed for the students. Licensed software like Oracle, Cadence, Java, SQL Server, and many more are available for student usage. Each department has its own computer lab dedicated to them.
Communication Labs: These are designed especially for the professional development of the students. Here they learn communication skills with the help of the teachers as well as from different software on the computers. Software like Phonetic Analyzer, Phonetics, Pronunciation Power, Phonology, and many more are provided.
