AIEMS has a Placement Cell which aims to make students industry ready. For this, it conducts various placement training programs for students. It conducts skill development programs in which it emphasises on communication skills, interview skills, soft skills, technical skills, employability skills, etc.

In addition to this, it provides internship and placement opportunities to students. For placements, it conducts campus recruitment programs in which its associated companies visit campus for recruitment of students. Some of the major companies are Accenture, Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Bosch, HCL, HDFC Bank, Hexaware, Honda, IBM, etc.
