AISSMS IOIT campus is built with all the basic infrastructure and facilities for the academic development of the students. For facilitating innovative and effective teaching, the classrooms in the campus are enabled with ICT facilities. Various clubs are available for organising curricular and extracurricular activities. The details of the different infrastructure and facilities are mentioned below:

• Central Library: This place of the institute is equipped with a number of books, national & international journals, magazines, newspapers, references, periodicals, and many other resource materials. The library has different sections for journals, references, books for competitive examinations, book bank, reading area, digital library, and circulation counter. Proper internet facility is available to access the e-resources. Photocopy service is provided to the students in the library.
• Hostel: Accommodation services are provided to both girl’s and boy’s separately. The girl’s hostel is named as “Sahakar Nagar Girls Hostel” and the boy's hostel is named as “Viman Nagar Boys Hostel”. Both the hostels can accommodate around 100 students. Rooms are allotted on a sharing basis and each student is provided with a study table, bed, cupboard, mirror, and chair. A spacious dining hall is available where healthy and nutritious meals are provided to the students. Moreover, the hostel also has facilities like Wi-Fi, housekeeping, washing machine, 24/7 water supply, sports, and many other facilities.
• Sports: AISSMS IOIT encourages students to participate in different sports events and competitions for maintaining physical health. The institute participates in various sport tournaments like kabaddi, chess, table tennis, football, boxing, cricket, kho-kho, volleyball, badminton, and many others. Proper sports ground is available for practicing different sports activities. A well equipped gym is provided to the students with all the modern equipment.
• Medical Facility: For providing medication to the students, the campus has a dispensary with a capacity of almost 20 beds. Regular medical checkups are organised for the students. The institute provides facilities like a medical room, wheel chair, stretcher, first aid box, and ambulance.
• Multi-Purpose Hall: This hall of the institute is well equipped with all the modern amenities for organising events, seminars, workshops, conferences and many other programs. The hall can accommodate more than 450 students.
• Open-Air Theatre: Students can use this facility for conducting road shows, one-act plays, departmental functions, etc. Proper seating facility is available with more than 250 students.
