The Jadavpur University Campus is developed on around 58 acres of land which consists of state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities. Free internet services are provided to the students within the campus through Wi-Fi. The University comprises ICT enabled classrooms to facilitate digital learning to the students.

The campus has audio-visual rooms, auditorium, conference room, and seminar halls with modern architecture & comfortable seating arrangement to host various events, conferences, and other activities.

Details about the University’s infrastructure and facilities are as follows:

• Library: The Central library of the University is equipped with a number of reading resources including books, references, etc. A digital library facility to provide access to e-resources is available at the campus. Around 7 reading rooms and separate departmental libraries are also present.
• Laboratories: JU Kolkata has computer labs which are equipped with updated PCs. Along with this, there are various other laboratories available at the campus, some of which are as follows:
  • Microprocessor Lab
  • Magnum Lab
  • Control Engineering Lab
  • Operating System Lab
• Hostel: Separate Jadavpur University Hostel facilities are available for male and female students. The University’s hostels comprise all the required state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities including furnished rooms, mess facilities, etc.
• Sports: Within the University campus, well-maintained playgrounds and courts are available to conduct indoor and outdoor sports facilities like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, Throwball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Chess, etc.
• Medical Facilities: A health centre is present within the campus to provide free medical assistance to the students. Adequate medical staff is available to facilitate effective medication. Moreover, ambulance service and emergency medical facilities are available for the students.
• Other Facilities: Canteen, Design Studios, Guest House, and many other amenities.
