    An overall review on AMC Engineering College
    Placements: I am currently pursuing my degree in BE (CSE) from AMC Engineering College. The curriculum we follow is set by VTU in accordance with NEP 2021. Our syllabus is relevant to our industry as well. Placement training happens in our final year, and placement drives happen after that.     AMC Engineering college hardly have any extracurricular activities
    40 plus MNCs has arrived during AMC Engineering College placement season. All the students were given enough training and practice to crack the interviews. It was not that easy for sure because the industry demands from a B.Tech student was quite high and most of us were mostly offered a training role and then if we match the standard that the company wants, they will make us permanent. This was a gamble in a way and many of us even though were offered a job in a range of 4-5LPA even as a trainer decided to go otherwise. Thus, the placements were there for students who were ready to start as a trainer but the proficient roles were not offered to more than 20 students out of a batch of 60.Read Full Review

    AMC Engineering College has a great infrastructure
    In recent past the things have changed but it wasn’t the same in our time. Not many companies and more importantly not many core companies. Tech companies always have some smaller roles for which they are in hunt and we were fished through that hunt. A job of 2.5-3 lakh per annum at the start could have enticed some but definitely not me. Jobs were up for grabs for almost 80% of the students but same roles, same kind of jobs on which not many agreed. More than students’ ability it was the recruiters’ demands that were given more weightage and sincerely speaking such placements meant nothing at all.Read Full Review
