The Department of Training and Placement at TOCE gives priority to train students and guide them throughout the year by encouraging them to participate in several preparation activities. The Department also provides students with the right mentorship for higher studies. The key highlights of the training and development activities include Placement-oriented soft skill training, Domain-specific training, Placement certification Programs, Mock interviews, and Industry-Academic interactions.

All the students of the college are trained in Soft Skills, Quantitative Aptitude, and Technical Skills from the beginning of the first year. All the training methodologies are created in association with industry experts, heads of departments, and alumni, thereby enabling the college to select the best training activities for students. The Department focuses on inculcating professional aptitude and attitude among students. It also encourages them to obtain relevant certificate programs that can assist them in improving their desired skills and knowledge.

The campus of the college covers an area of around 11.5 acres with a prominent IT passage, perfect for imparting quality education in a positive environment with about 58,000 sq. m. of built area sprawled over 2 blocks. The infrastructure of the campus consists of around 2 buildings of about seven stories each providing a space and environment to conduct an effective learning-teaching process. The Oxford College of Engineering comprises of the below-mentioned Infrastructure and Facilities:

• Auditorium: Approximately 600 students can find comfortable seating space in the auditorium built with the best facilities, and the latest sound, and light systems. Here technical and cultural events are conducted for students. The campus also has around 3 large seminar halls and each department has a small seminar hall.
• Library: More than 55,000 books are stored in the library which covers around 30,000 sq. ft. of land area. These books cover a broad variety of subjects from business administration to engineering. Internet facilities enable students to access e-books and gain information about the latest trends in management and engineering. The college has subscription to Indian and Foreign journals that allow students to enhance their knowledge according to the recent trends in relevant subjects.
• Hostels: The campus consists of approximately 3 hostels that are allotted to girls, boys, and NRI / Foreign students respectively. Students will find AC and Non-AC rooms in the hostels. The hostel for boys is built outside the campus whereas the Girls' hostel is inside the campus. The management of the hostels ensures that proper facilities and security is being provided to the students.
• Sports: Students of the college get professional physical training in several sports from the qualified trainers appointed. They are also motivated to take part in several sports and cultural activities conducted by the institute. In-campus gym facilities are also available for students.
• Transport: Students can find commute services at the campus through the fleet of buses that run from all major locations of the city.
