The Oxford College of Management provides a Bachelor in Hotel Management and a Master in Travel & Tourism Management.
Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM)
BHM undergraduate program is of four years teaching students about different aspects of hospitality industries. Thus, students are taught about food & beverage preparation, housekeeping operations, corporate finance, business communication, sales & marketing, public relations, and accommodation operations. This course also teaches students to maintain the standards by maintaining the hygiene, nutrition, and safety of the food. To take admission students must pass 10+2 examination with at least 40% of marks from any recognized board. Students must qualify in the Admission Test, followed by a personal interview and group discussion conducted by the institution.
Graduates of this course can join some of the famous hotel franchises such as Oberoi. Accor, or Taj group of hotels. They can become Hotel Managers, Chefs, Food & Beverage Manager, our Housekeeping Manager. Students need to attend six months of industrial internship in their respective fields to meet the standards of the curriculum.
Master in Travel & Tourism Management (MTTM)
This postgraduate course is for two years helping students to develop advanced and conceptual aspects in the Tourism field to enhance their skills and prepare them for the challenging Tourism Industry. Students having a graduation degree in any stream from any recognized institution with at least 50% of marks can join the program. This program consists of varied activities like field trips, crisis management, and market research. Graduates can explore fields such as Airlines, Hotels, and Tourism and set up a successful career within the Tourism and Travel sector. They can become Travel mangers, Operation Managers, Travel Agents, or Tourism Marketing Manager.
