PKTC has established a Training and Placement Cell to improve the employability skills and potential of the students. It acts as a bridge between companies and students for providing better career growth and development opportunities to its students. Several activities and training sessions that are organised by the training and placement cell of the campus are Interview Preparation, Aptitude Training, Group Discussion Practice, Career Counseling, Personality Development Program, Communication Skills Program, and Industry Internship Programs.

Campus interviews are arranged by the college in which various companies are welcomed for recruiting. Some of the organisations that visit PKTC for recruitment are Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Tata Motors, Skoda Auto, Wipro, Honeywell International Inc, Infosys, Sany Heavy Industry Corporate Limited and Capgemini IT India Private Limited.

PK Technical Campus provides separate hostel and mess facilities for boys and girls. The girls' hostel has an in-built kitchen for the students who want to cook food by themselves. Transport facilities are also provided to the students arriving from different areas. In addition to these, various other facilities that are provided by PKTC are mentioned below:

• Library: A peaceful and spacious library is available for the students with a collection of a wide range of books, magazines, and e-journals. A different section is available for books on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Various audio books and online journals are also available in the library for students of different departments.
• Computer Center: The College has a well equipped computer center with a 24x7 internet facility for improving the learning experience of the students.
• Seminar Hall: The college has fully air conditioned and well equipped seminar halls for all departments. These are used for organising conferences, seminars, guest lectures and several other events.
• Canteen: PKTC provides clean and hygienic canteen facilities to the students. It offers different snacks, meals and drinks to the students at fair prices with a peaceful environment to relax.
• Stationery Center: Xerox and Stationery facilities are also made available for the convenience of the students at PKTC.
• Sports: The campus has a large sports ground for different sports activities of the students. Keeping in mind the physical health and fitness of the students, various sports events and activities are organised by the college. These include sports like Table Tennis, Throw Ball, Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Kho-Kho.
