However, the minimum eligibility criteria for BCA and B.Sc. include completing the 12th board. On the other hand, a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject is mandatory to take admission to MCA and MSc.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc., Fashion, and Apparel Design – Successfully cleared the Pre-University Examination or 2-years of Job Oriented programs or another relevant examination.
BCA – Pass 2-year PUE or 3-year Diploma in Engineering of Government of Karnataka/JODC or other relevant examination.
Pass a bachelor's degree in any discipline. However, admission for the PG Diploma is based on an online entrance examination conducted by Bangalore University.
TOCS provides MCA and M.Sc. courses in varied specializations at the Postgraduate level. Admissions are based on the Aptitude test held by the institute itself. Those who will get selected must appear for an interview round scheduled by the respective test counselors.
M.Sc. Biotechnology – Pass bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate in Science. Chemistry or biochemistry must have been studied. Optional subjects: Applied Zoology, Biotechnology botany, Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Applied Botany, Life Science, etc.
M.Sc. Microbiology – Pass Biotech/biotechnology with 50% aggregate, or pass B.Sc. Honors in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Botany with 50% marks. Students studying Agricultural Science, Forestry, Horticulture, B. Pharmacy, Fisheries, and B.E. (biotechnology) are also eligible.
Note: There are different eligibility requirements for students studying biochemistry, Applied Genetics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Genetics and Sericulture, Electronic Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Apparel Technology & Management.
MCA – Pass a three-year UG program in any discipline from an authorized institute/university with at least 50% marks overall. Additionally, an applicant must have studied Business Mathematics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Computer Programming/ Computer Application as elective or optional subjects. Also, pass one of the subjects specified above, securing at least 50% aggregate in that subject in the 10+2/PUC or equivalent.
Admission Process
For the UG program, students can either take direct admission or online by visiting the college's official website. For applying online, you will have to fill up an application form along necessary details. Once the application form and required fees have been submitted, you are provisionally admitted to the course.
The Student Welfare Cell at TOCS looks after the need and genuine needs and intervenes in matters relating to a student enrolling for scholarships, financial awards, and aid. Although there is no particular scholarship scheme offered by the college itself, the state government has instituted a fee waiver scheme to help financially poor but deserving students. Also, tuition fees payable to students who have secured merit in competitive/qualifying examinations or ranked in university examinations are exempted.
