NIT Calicut Faculty Profile

My faculties are teaching very well versed. All of them have completed their PhDs in a particular concept. Their teaching style is nice with students. They are using both PPTs and black board for explanation. Some faculty is encourages group discussion among students. Their ability of problem solving is very good because they are perfect in their concept. The teacher to student ratio is 3:7. Actually, I feel shy to ask doubts to faculty that's why I have not that much affection with faculty. We can approach them through email also.Read Full Review

Faculty is helpful and has a great knowledge of concepts. Most of the all are very strict so do maintain discipline in class and make proper notes. They are very strict against attendance. In all the classrooms we have black board and a projector, so teachers use to teach on black board with the help of slides projected. If students have any difficulty in understanding the concepts teachers help them while explaining in different manner. Most important, after the exams teachers review is taken how they taught, which part they taught nicely, how much the student learnt, was a teacher always on time, etc. So students can complain according to it.
