NIT Raipur B.Tech Fees Structure 2025 & Admission Process

I chose to study Mining Engineering branch. I got this branch according to my JEE Main score but it is a good branch, as last year a girl from my branch got a good package, which was above 50 LPA. To get this college, you have to pass JEE Main with a good percentile. For general boys it is almost 95 percentile and for general girls it is almost 93+ percentile according to the last year. Well, after getting this college, we have to report physically on the date given by them. Then they will verify our all documents like caste certificate, Aadhar card, JEE Main score card, etc. They verify it almost three times. Then they will give admission slip in which your enrollment number is mentioned. Semester system is followed in my institute. Each semester is of 6 months. 2 exams are conducted in each. One is mid semester exam, which conducted after 2.5 months of semester starting. Other one is end semester exam; along with it a practical exam is also conducted. Well, academics prepare us for real life challenges, as balancing assignments, deadlines, and exams trains you to handle multiple tasks.

Semester wise fee for my course is Rs. 70,000 for students having family income more than 5 LPA. It is Rs. 30,000 for students having family income between 1 LPA to 5 LPA and Rs. 10,000 for students having family income less than 1 LPA. academics are well here. After clearing JEE Main, we need to participate in JoSAA counseling, then seat are allotted with respect with to Main’s rank. On reporting day, we need to submit documents. there will be a four stages verification and this is done by committee. they give reporting letter to students under admission form, received by official declaration form and letter to student.

Tuition fee is Rs. 12,500. EwS, OBC, SC, and ST have to pay around Rs. 1,00,000 of less. There is a fee waiver for students.Read Full Review

I had interest in software field so I joined information technology branch at National Institute of Technology. The entry requirements for this Institute is based on your JEE Main rank. In JOSSA counseling you can apply for admission for this Institute. All the admission processes are completed during the JOSSSA counseling but you have to come to the Institute for physical reporting. On that day they verify all your original documents and if they find anything wrong then your admission will be cancelled. Here everyone starts preparing for exams just a day before the exam.

My tuition fees for semester are 0 Rs. Your fee will depend on your family income. The fee that you pay during JOSSA counseling will be refunded based on your tuition fee. For SC and ST there is no fee category student. You can apply for NSP scholarship in the Institute.Read Full Review
