NIT Raipur Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Infrastructure is overall average. We have one common playground for football and cricket, 2 volleyball courts, 1 basketball court, a gym inside the campus, 3 cafes and one big canteen and 5 hostels for first year students along with 1 big one for the rest of seniors in the NIT RAIPUR. In the first year students hostel has 2 floors and approximately 50 rooms. The room is allotted to 3 in all hostels.

Campus Life is quite average. We have several fests like eclectika, avartan, samar, etc and also we have different clubs and committee in our college. These can do better work and the exposure provided through them is great. Some of the popular clubs in our college are:- shourya (sports club ), technocracy ( tech. The campus has separate buildings for B.Arch and for other students pursuing other courses. There are grounds for cricket, football, basketball, and indoor sports facilities like badminton and table tennis. A gym is also available. There is a canteen as well as shops, so that you don't have to go out of the campus. A new sports complex is also under construction. The central garden also gives you a place to chill with your friends.

The overall campus life is amazing with the kind of fests and events taking place. The crowd that gathers is passionate. Students come from all over India, creating a vibrant cultural mix. The active clubs are available for robotics, coding, drama, photography, and entrepreneurship that enrich student life. Infrastructure is not so good but it is average. There is only one building for engineering students. Regular classes and lab classes for M.Sc, MCA and M.Tech students are held in that building. And for B.Arch students there is a separate building. There is also a library which is fully air conditioned and fully maintained. There are also two separate playgrounds for cricket and football and also for many sports like table tennis, volleyball, basketball, etc.

Campus life at National Institute of Technology, Raipur is really good. We have a lot of clubs and committee in the institute. Raga is the musical club of the National Institute of Technology Raipur, Technocracy which organize technical fest of our institute in which students of many colleges participate .Sanskriti which organizes cultural fest of NIT Raipur and there are a lots of clubs & committees involving mentorship, entrepreneurship, sports, etc. Whenever any event takes place inside the campus then a lot of crowd gathers because it is located at the mid of the city.Read Full Review
