The Placement Department of the RIMT provides corporate training by using different technical techniques to the students for their improvement in aptitude, soft skills, technical skills, communication skills, etc. Besides, it conducts workshops and invites industrial professionals to guide the students in their career as well as to provide professional exposure to the students.

The Placement Department has connections with prominent corporations that visit the institute for the placements of students either through group discussions or through personal interviews. Some of the corporations are Hindustan Computer Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, Microsoft, Silicon India, Coca Cola, Capgemini Technology, International Business Machine Corporation, etc.

RIMT Bareilly facilitates students not only with the academics but also with extracurricular activities.
