IIMC mostly has first-class faculty, they’ve either a master's degree or a Ph.D. Although not all lecturers are good enough. Rest, They’re amiable. They always push students to do well in academics, learn something new, and participate in extra-curricular activities. Students can even meet them regarding fees concession, there’s a chance for some help. They even try to clarify students' career-related queries & more. For instance- there’s this one incident I remember eminently, once I approached one of my lecturers to ask what’s the best thing to do after a bachelor's degree? The lecturer laid a clear plan for me saying first fetch a job, have some work experience. Later on, pursue higher education or start a biz with your corporate experience.
