KIEM has a Training and Placement Cell which is committed to provide campus placement to its students according to their specialisation and interest. For facilitating hands-on experience for the students, the cell conducts several summer internship programmes. Moreover, for grooming students, various orientation programs, mock interview sessions, and many other programs are conducted. The cell coordinates with the companies and invites them for campus recruitment. The cell obtains feedback from the companies for making students employable and to prepare them accordingly. Seminars and workshops are arranged by the cell for improving the professional skills of the students.
