Career Post Graduate Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital was established in the year 2000 with an aim of providing a strong academic base in dental education. The institute is approved by Dental Council of India (DCI), and affiliated with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (RMLAU), Faizabad. The college offers admission in the dental field at the UG and PG level. The duration of the BDS program is 4 years whereas the course duration of MDS is 3 years.

Admission Process

To be eligible for the BDS and MDS programs offered by the Career Dental College Lucknow, it is mandatory for the students to have cleared the NEET UG and NEET PG exams respectively. Further, the admission will be done through the UP NEET counselling process conducted by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training. Kindly check out the entire admission process which takes place after qualifying for the NEET exams:

• Registration: Once the candidates have cleared the NEET UG or NEET PG exam, they will be required to register for the UP NEET counselling. The registration will be done in online mode through the official website. Candidates will have to login using NEET application no. and roll no.
• Registration Fees Deposit: After the registration process, students must deposit the registration fees and security money through Net banking / Credit Card / Debit Card. Without this process, the registration will remain incomplete.
• Online Document Verification: While registering for the UP NEET counselling, students will have to submit a few documents like NEET Rank Card, NEET Admit Card, Online Registration Slip, Class 10 & 12 Marksheet, Domicile Certificate of UP, Photo ID Proof, etc. Later on, they will have to report at the nodal centre for document verification. If a candidate fails to report at the institute, his / her seat will be given to the next candidate in line.
• Declaration of Merit list and Choice filling: Post the document verification process, the counselling authority will release a merit list of the selected candidates. Selected Applicants will be allowed to choose the colleges as per their preferences. Within the prescribed date, they will have to lock their choices. If any candidate fails to lock his / her choice, the application will not be considered for the UP NEET counselling.
• Result Declaration: Based on the NEET scores, and availability of seats at the institute, the result will be declared. It will contain a list of names which will show whether the candidates have been selected for the final admission procedure. The counselling usually is conducted in 3 rounds where the seats are offered on the basis of the vacant seats left after each round.
• Final Admission: After the release of the final merit list, candidates must download the seat allotment letter from the official website. Students who wish to continue with the allotted seats must report at the institute carrying their original documents before the last date. After the verification of documents, students will have to pay the admission fee and secure a seat at the college.
