The faculty members are extremely experienced and are very patient at Ethiraj College for Women. Most of the faculties hold a Ph.D. They have decades of experience. The faculty to student ratio is appropriate. They use projectors, guest lectures, auditoriums, field visits to help students get exposure. The faculty members are professional but are available whenever needed. They also conduct special classes for students who are behind.
