KIET Group of Institutions Ghaziabad is a private intuition, set up by Krishna Charitable Society in 1998 in Ghaziabad. It is one of the best technical colleges in the Delhi NCR region. The university has its affiliation with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. It got its accreditation by NAAC with an A+ grade, offers NBA-accredited courses, and is approved by AICTE. According to the most recent NIRF rankings for 2022, this institute ranked 187th in engineering and 97th in pharmacy. It also ranked third in the category of Private Institutions (Technical) in the ARIIA rankings in 2021.
The institute has MCA, management, engineering, applied sciences, and pharmacy departments. The university has undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the engineering field. It also has MBA and other diploma programs. The institute has 66 hours of certificate courses in wood working. Students complete the course using machine tools that are modern in nature. This advanced woodworking center in north India is present on its campus. KIET, in collaboration with Mercedes Benz, developed a course named ADAM. The full form of the course is "Advanced Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics". The duration of the ADAM course is 1 year and students get diploma certificates.

KIET Group of Institutions Ghaziabad campus admits students into different courses every year. They are as follows;
BTech: It admits 85% of students in engineering degrees based on their JEE mains marks and through counselling. The remaining 15% of seats in this degree are under the management quota. Under this quota, students get shortlisted based on their 10+2 PCM score. Students give a written test and an interview, and only deserving ones get admission.
B.Pharma: It again admits 85% of students based on UPCET scores and counselling. Other seats come under the management quota. These seats are exactly filled, like the college's BTech intake. This is the exact process that is being followed for the MBA and MCA courses.
MTech & M.Pharma : To take admission in these courses, the students have to appear in the PG entrance test. This entrance test is conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University of Lucknow. Students get final admission after taking the entrance test and counselling. If any student has valid scores in GATE/GPAT, they don’t have to write this entrance exam. Based on the entrance test, online counselling and other criteria, students get admission.
If the student is taking admission under the management quota he/she has to submit an online application. The submission is done after filling out the application form on the KIET’s website. Candidates who wish to do an Advance Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics have to fulfill the basic criteria. A student who has a diploma or degree in the engineering branch is eligible. He gets selected based on performance in the entrance test and personal interview.
KIET Group of Institutions gives scholarships to meritorious students every year. On the basis of academics at the time of admission to the college, meritorious students get up to 100% scholarships. There is also a provision for sports scholarships in this institute. Students who represented India on international levels in sports are eligible for scholarships. These students have to submit their certificates of participation to the respective authorities. Later they can avail themselves of the sports scholarship.
Merit-based incentives are also there for the students who are the toppers of their programs. First-position students will be getting 12000 INR, and second-position students will be getting 6000 INR. The institute wants its students to do well in university programs. For this, it has introduced many small scholarships. The students of engineering and pharmacy in 1st and 3rd year who got 90% will get 1500 INR, and those who got 85% will get 500 INR. The amount is small, but it boosts the students' confidence to do well in their exams.

KIET Group of Institutions Ghaziabad has a placement centre for students to get desired employment on time. The centre guides students in making career decisions and in developing employment-seeking skills. The centre has been helping students get their dream jobs.
The students got into top companies like Wipro, TCS, IBM, Samsung, and HSBC time and again. Torrent, Accenture, Capgemini, and other national and international companies have also picked students. These companies have shown their interest in the students of KIET every year. Looking at the statistics, we get to see that in the 2021 year alone; more than 2000 students got job offers. The major recruiters in the pharma field are Cipla, SBL, GSK, etc. The average placement package is around 3.5 LPA.
It has an internship cell that helps engineering and management students in getting internships. To understand the corporate culture, students have joined premier institutes for internships. They also got offers to work on the mini projects on a weekly basis. Many students have received more than two internships from different companies.
It also has an SSB academy that helps students prepare for interviews with the armed forces. It inculcates the officers' qualities in the students so that they can join the forces.
KIET Group of Institutions Ghaziabad is on the Ghaziabad highway towards Meerut. It is very well connected with Delhi and all the nearby areas. It has a central library consisting of more than 1 lac books in various fields. Students of management, engineering, and applied sciences have been using these books to cover their respective syllabi. The library is also a part of the national digital library where the books and data can be used by staff and students. The campus has a high-tech auditorium for conducting extracurricular activities. This auditorium can accommodate around 600 people at once.
The institute has the facility of transport where they pick and drop off day scholars, faculty, and other staff members. The campus also has the facility of hostels for both men and women. Hostels have all the facilities like a study room, TV room, indoor sports area, and wi-fi facilities. The mess gives healthy and nutritious food to students. The campus also has a medical facility for the medical needs of the students. A cafeteria with AC and hygienic food, an ATM, a stationary departmental store, VIP furnished guest houses, and faculty apartments are also available on the campus.
