FMS Delhi Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, New Delhi

The College doesn't have space to have a new building, which is indeed the need of the hour; then how can they have hostels. 60% of the College strength comprises outsiders and yet there are no hostels or any special provisions for students to avail hostel facilities. The DU hostels, which are unhygienic, and full of shit do have FMS student's quota, but I didn't know anyone who dared staying at the DU hostels. The College needs to address this part soon because during our batch the outsider's strength was 60% which is less according to me. Many students with the same percentile as ours have opted for other Colleges that offer good hostel facilities.Read Full Review

The college doesn't have a hostel inside the campus but has seats at the University hostel that are at South Campus. It’s really unfortunate where all the B-Schools have a residential program, FMS didn’t feel it that way. A hostel is a must for MBA colleges to save time and make sure that students are available at any point in time. At FMS, sometimes the lectures went on till 9 pm, and traveling back was such a pain that some of my friends stayed at my place on such days.Read Full Review

There is no hostel facility of FMS as an individual, but DU has made arrangements at the University hostels for the students of FMS. 80% of the crowd were outsiders and the hostel became a necessity for those who couldn't afford private accommodation. Just like the College fees, the DU hostel fees too were peanuts, but the quality of the University hostel is in a very poor state.Read Full Review
