    NIT Agartala Admissions: JEE Main Cut-off Trends
    Overall the Institute is descent. Admission in this Institute is based on JEE MAIN. The closing for lowest branch in this Institute is around 60,000 rank in JEE MAIN. I prepared for JEE MAIN by my own. It is an Institute of good exposure. The Institute is lush green and very big but it has a bad aspect that there is good canteen or place to hangout in the campus. Everywhere it is like forest. Food provided is not good in first year but it gets quite better from second year.
    Fees here in NIT Agartala is Rs. 62,500 (tuition fees) per semester and including other fees it goes around Rs. 82,000 per semester. The fee waivers are given by government of India that is 100% fee waiver to SC and ST students and among General and OBC students the students who have family income less than 1 lakh per annum gets 100% tuition fee waiver and the students who have family income between 1 to 5 lakh gets 2/3rd waiver of tuition fee.Read Full Review

    My Journey in NIT Agartala
    NIT Agartala accepts students through JoSAA and CSAB, which takes place after JEE Main exam. You must have at least 75% in your class 12th There are total 9 branches, which offer 4-year Undergraduate program, 2 Dual degrees B.Tech program, and 3 Dual degree BSMS course. I joined in Computer Science & Engineering branch because coding environment here is great and I can improve your coding skills, which will benefit me during placement. Core branches like Civil, Mechanical, and Production Engineering are also very good. Apart from good placement, you can prepare for competitive exams like UPSC and GATE.

    NIT Agartala Admissions: JEE Mains and Counseling Process
    I am an undergraduate student of the Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering department of the Institute. I am a keen, encouraged and interested learner of electronics which drives my passion for future endeavors. Therefore, this course serves the perfect field as per my area of interest. It involves the core electronics sector. Students can get admission in this Institute through JEE Main exam, upon securing a suitable rank above the cut-off and going through the counseling. Once the candidate gets a seat through the counseling platforms like JOSAA or CSAB, they are instructed to report to the Institute for further process. In one semester, two exams are held, called the mid-semester and the end-semester exams. The course curriculum is highly relevant to real life industry based applications.
    The total fees for one academic semester goes around Rs.70,000. (Excluding hostel and mess charges) Tuition fee is somewhat Rs.65,000 and other miscellaneous fees consist of Rs.5,000. SC/ST categories get their entire tuition fee reimbursed. Students can avail different government and non-government scholarships like the Ishan Uday merit scholarship (Rs.80,000 per year) and NEC merit scholarship (Rs.22,000 per year). There is a dedicated scholarship section inside the campus which helps students to apply for and enquire about these.Read Full Review
