There is a hospital and a 24×7 ambulance service for students. There is a sports complex named ABV sports complex, which is one of the biggest Sports complex compared to other NITs. We also have a big auditorium where many events and programs happen from time to time.

Campus life of NIT Agartala is good, if you are looking to enjoy and explore various opportunities along with your academic life. Although it very far away from mainland India, you will not miss your home as you will always be surrounded by students from various states. There are students from every part of country this will give you exposure to rich diversity of NIT Agartala. The institute’s campus covers 361.5 acres of area which provides a large space for accessibility. There is a market, sports complex, auditorium, park, etc. Class buildings for every branch is available along with library, restaurants, hostels, etc. The buildings are quite big and there is no lack of benches or classrooms for students. The institute’s infrastructure is quite easy to understand and there is transport facility available from the institute.

The campus life is great. The Campus has a big crowd as many students from all over India and Outside India are enrolled in the institute. The students’ strength is about 10,000 from all branches and from all years. The central library houses 70000 books, journals, and digital resources, providing a good study environment to the students. It also has charging cables on every table for charging laptop. The institute boasts a decent sports complex with facilities for various indoor and outdoor games. And this campus contains Asia’s biggest sports complex in engineering college.
