In the year 2024 Students of Balaji Institute of International Business, Pune got direct campus placements in top companies like Wipro, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Axis Bank and more.
Final-year students of BIIB receive thorough training for enabling them to develop and fine-tune their personal and professional skills. The students are effectively motivated to involve themselves in grooming sessions, which eventually prepares them to face the interview session during a placement drive. BIIB till 15th June 2019 had already placed 172 students in topnotch firms and companies which accounts for 92% of the total batch strength.
Many reputed and well-known organizations including but not limited to Mother Dairy, Bajaj Alliance, ITC, IBM, and Amul regularly visit the campus for recruiting students. The average CTC of the jobs that BIIB students take-up is Rs. 5.5 lakhs, and the highest offer made to a student as of now is Rs. 11 lakhs.
