BIIB employs faculty members on a fulltime basis for core management subjects and other functional areas related to management. The college also has well-known experienced practicing managers and renowned management specialists representing myriad management disciplines. The program syllabus has been devised innovatively and has a high industry orientation for catering to the dynamic requirements of the corporate.
Committed and qualified faculties coupled with a well-structured and networked computer center and a resourceful library enable the students to excel in their studies. BIIB faculty members believe that students these days are more focused on their studies and also more self-driven. Therefore, the faculty strongly feels that he or she should give a creative touch to a discussion instead of delivering rote instructions.
The faculty members encourage the students in a manner that stimulates them to think out of the box. Students develop an avid interest in engaging in academic as well as field research and share their findings and observations with their colleagues. The 2-year MBA program is based on the industry requirements as wells as practices. They are integrated further as per the inputs from the alumni and other industry experts. The yearly Academic session begins with the Orientation program spread over 60 days, which involves 30 Corporate Leaders addressing the students apart from the regular foundation program.
