IEM Group offers a blend of experienced teachers aided with world-class teaching systems. The present team of professors is from well-known institutes which include IIT Kharagpur and IIM Kolkata. Also, the campus regularly hosts various dignitaries, professionals, and academicians from the business arena. The Alumni Association is also active when it comes to maintaining relations with the students and assisting them in growing while they learn.
The Alumni members are ex-students who are currently working as Directors or Managers in companies like Oracle, Juniper, SAP, TCS, etc. The institute also organizes weekly lectures by distinguished Industry CEO’s, Alumni, Professors, United Nations Program, Grooming classes, and Acting & Performing Classes for its students.
Dr. Amlan Kusum Nayak heads the Institute of Engineering and Management as the principal. Ankit Ray Ghatak, Yashaswi Raj, Nirban Kumar Saha, Sahitya Roy, Arpita Kundu, Amit Kumar Das, and Anindita Sarkar along several others head the faculty division for their respective departments.
