In the year 1995, the Dhruva College of Management (Autonomous) was established in Hyderabad. It is approved by AICTE and affiliated with the Osmania University, Hyderabad. It offers PGDM program to the students who want to establish their career in the field of management.

Dhruva College has a Placement Department which assists the students in securing internships as well as for placements. The department conducts several program and activities for the overall personality development of the students and to make them ready to meet the challenges of the corporate world. It emphasises on the improvement of various skills like verbal skills, soft skills, computer skills, etc. It also conducts mock interview sessions, industrial visits, guest lectures and interaction with industrial experts for the industrial exposures, etc. The college has tie-ups with certain corporations that visit the college and hire students by conducting interviews or group discussions.
Some of the corporations are Genpact, Deloitte, Jio Infocomm Limited, Swiggy, Zomato, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Reliance Digital, Berger Paints India Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, Asian Paints Limited, etc.
The college has excellent infrastructure facilities with a lush green campus and peaceful environment. The campus is spread over an area of approximately 800 acres having spacious buildings equipped with modern amenities. The college relies on the deliverance of ethical values along with managerial knowledge. It conducts several extracurricular activities also, like festival programs, cultural events, blood donation camps, voter education, etc. There are clubs that are solely managed by the students like Rotary Club, Lion Club, Adventure Club, etc.
