In the year 2024 Students of UPES School of Design Studies, Dehradun got direct campus placements in top companies like TCS, IBM, Accenture, L&T INFOTECH, Maruti Suzuki and more.
The institute has a steadfast department for placement. The placement cell works hard to create new employment opportunities for its students. It provides guidance and training to students which help them to grab the best shot for their future.
The placement cell, students, and the faculty work together with a pragmatic approach to make the placement process a big hit. It helps students develop skills through different workshops, guest lectures, seminars, health camps, group discussions, mock interviews.
When we talk about the placements, UPES meets students expectations to a great extent with the highest placement record of around 94%, and many students have achieved the elite position in renowned companies like ‘Capgemini,’ ‘Accenture,’ ‘Amazon,’ ‘Adobe,’ and many more. Every year these giant MNC’s come and hire the caliber students and leaves the campus feeling satisfied due to the fine quality of workforce they get. The highest package offered to a student passing out from the university has touched the mark of Rs.8.5 lacs p.a. On an average the packages range from Rs.3 lacs p.a. to Rs. 4 lac p.a.
