TMDCH Chennai covers a land area of 5.49 acres. It has a well-built infrastructure with Wi-Fi enabled campus, spacious smart lecture halls and audio-visual aid for the students. CCTV is installed and tight security is provided by the college.

• Library: The Central Library of the college can be accommodated by more than 200 students. It houses various kinds of resources including latest textbooks recommended by DCI, including around 5000 titles, about 11000 books, roughly 100 National & International Journals related to medical science and dentistry, E-journals and Physical journals. Additionally, it has about 900 digital databases, Digital Library and a computer centre with Wi-Fi connectivity. The library also facilitates reprographic services.

• Canteen: A canteen is available in the College to offer hygienic & tasty food to the students.
• Hostel: Students have separate male and female accommodations provided by the college. Adequate facilities for comfortable living are available in the hostel.
• Transport: The College offers a bus facility for students; in order to provide them with the safe and comfortable commuting, the bus drivers are experienced enough.
