The campus of Meenakshi College is a wide and spacious one. There are many smart classrooms in it which are all equipped with new digital technology for the students. It also has an enormous auditorium, which has to capacity to accommodate more than 3000 people. This auditorium has an excellent and imposing audio system with two green rooms attached. It has a balcony area with a better view of the stage and has 30 centralized air conditioning units.
The open air theatre hosts functions such as Independence Day and Republic Day are celebrated here. After college hours, students can also come here to attend lectures on the Bhagavad Gita. The open air theatre also lends a helping hand during the various cultural fests hosted by the College. Technical seminars are held in the Homi Bhabha Seminar hall. It can accommodate upto 300 people at once and has a raised stage for the functions. The College has another seminar hall, where small get together usually takes place.
The central computing facility of the academia is named Shri Abhinava Vidyatheertha Computer Center, which is spread across 7500 sq feet. It has many machines on it, precisely 112 computers. Apart from this center, there are two more computer laboratories. The research coordination program is responsible for the various studies conducted by the research scholars.
The College believes in the systematic and holistic growth of the young women in all directions, and thus sports and other co-curricular activities are the routine part of the syllabus. The various sports activities facilitated in this institute are Basket Ball, Volley Ball, Kabaddi, Cricket, Throwball, Shuttle Ball Badminton, Badminton, Chess, and Carom. The students have successfully represented the College in various state and national level championships.
The college cafeteria provides many delicious treats and snacks for the students and the faculty. The campus has a xerox, printing and binding facilities for the students and staff members.
