• Main hostel Unit I – for pre-final and final-year students
• International hostel Unit II – for female students
• Boys hostel Unit III – for first and second-year students
• Girls hostel Unit IV – for pre-final and final-year students
• New Boys hostel Annexure I – for first-year students

• Unit I – 150 single rooms
• Unit II – 125 fully furnished double-sharing rooms,
• Unit III – 144 fully furnished double-sharing rooms
• Unit IV – 41 triple-person sharing rooms
• Annexure I – 17 double-sharing rooms
• Annexure II – 24 double-sharing rooms
• Phase I – 36 fully furnished double-sharing rooms

BMS College of Engineering hostel food is supplied by the mess that has a centralised kitchen with modern amenities. The menu is prepared monthly by the representatives elected by the hostels. Special meals are prepared on special occasions and festivals. Veg and non-veg food are prepared according to preferences.
